Projects finance by funds of European Union deals about possibilities and assessment of investments to the projects which bring the benefit to public sector at the level regions, but also as whole for society. On this account can be financed from means of company of EU. The aim diploma thesis is finding factural prospectus in select sector and choose variants of realization. On the basis ascertained records these variants analyze and financially valorize. The thesis will be resolved reconstruction project memorable buildings in the city center Bohumín, thus create new spaces for public library facilities and training center for commercial and non-commercial nature.
Foreign direct investment in the Czech Republic

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a definition of regional development and foreign direct investments. The practical part deals with an analysis of foreign investments in individual regions of the Czech Republic and monitors years 2010-2020. It also examines the impact on regions and the development of living standards. As an example of foreign direct investment in the Czech Republic is used a company BOSCH DIESEL, s.r.o.. Thesis focuses on one specific investment and examines its impact on the development of the Vysočina Region, more precisely of Jihlava District.
Kvalita života a urbanizace chudoby v Peru

The thesis addresses the quality of life and urbanization of poverty in twenty-five regions of Peru and compares the situation in 2007 and 2017. The analysis includes Zipf's law, Gini index, beta and sigma convergence, composite indicator, and visualization of secondary data from the census and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The Quality-of-Life Index consists of ten indicators according to income poverty, housing, education, fertility and citizenship. The results showed an uneven distribution of the population with urbanization around 79% in 2017. More than a third of the population lived in Lima and about a fifth in the regions of Piura, La Libertad, Arequipa and Cajamarca. About 79% of Peru's population still lived in their place of birth. Although the proportion of income poor has fallen, the Gini Index of urban income poverty has increased and still remained above 0.5. It pointed to growing inequality in income redistribution. Even if it is a middle-income country, over six million people lived in poverty in 2017, including one million in extreme conditions. The worst quality of life in cities was recorded in the tropical rainforests of Selva and in the mountain belt of Sierra. Between 2007 and 2017, the quality of life deteriorated in the regions of Pasco, Lima, Moquegua, Callao and Tacna. Gradually, the gap in quality of life between urban and rural areas is getting ever deeper.
Comparison of the functioning of regional political parties in the Czech Republic

This master thesis would be about Czech political parties, which are active at the regional level of Czech politics. The interest of research is their activity and the operation of these single political parties, what has the impact on the function, how are the political parties based, and how wide is their agenda. This is set up due to institutional factors and the election system due to the largeness of the municipalities and the party agendas. It depends, on whether they're a business firm party at the local level, a party against big parties cartels, or an environmental party. For the program of regional parties is important the regional variety, which is set by the social and economic situation in the regions. The point of research will be the development of regional political parties in the Czech Republic since the year 1993 when these kinds of parties were established. The important year for the parties' evolution will be the year 2000 when the regional structure of the Czech self-government was based on. In comparison to the research will be also other European regional political parties see, how different these in the Czech Republic are. In the Czech Republic are some different types of political parties that are based on their province.

Budgetary allocation of taxes for municipalities and regions Abstract This thesis deals with the topic of budgetary allocation of taxes for municipalities and regions. Budgetary allocation of taxes is a comprehensive and ongoing issue that has a significant impact on the functioning of the state, regions and municipalities while also helping to define their mutual relationships. Tax revenues are essential income for public budgets, providing funding for the basic functions of the state, public goods, services and the operation of public administration. Due to the number of entities with different interests in its form, the budgetary allocation of taxes is part of a political battle and has a significant impact on the lives of ordinary citizens even though the general public is not familiar with it in detail. The aim of this thesis was to describe, analyse, and evaluate budgetary allocation of taxes to municipalities and regions from a legal perspective. The author selected general criteria for evaluating and analyzing the system of budgetary tax allocation and its legal regulation such as simplicity, clarity, integrity, and administrative complexity. Analýza trhu nemovitostí v segmentu rodinných domů

The topic of my diploma thesis is the analysis of the real estate market in the segment of family houses. Its goal is to analyze the market for family houses by region of the Czech Republic, to determine the price dispersion, and which factors have an influ-ence on their price. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of terms from the issue of valuing real estate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the basic types of family houses and the factors that influence their price are also described here. The practical part contains the basic and economic characteristics of each region, job opportunities and safety in the particular regions. Next, I conducted a market analysis with an emphasis on the dispersion of offer prices, the situation on the real estate market in each region, and the interdependence of various factors on the prices of family houses. In the discussion, I described the trends in real estate prices in the past years and events related to the real estate market. Finally, I described the anticipated trends in the family house market.
Entrance knowledge and ideas about the Regions of Czech Republic of pupils of younger school age

The diploma thesis deals with the entrance knowledge and ideas that pupils of younger school age have about the regions of Czech Republic before their own teaching in national studies classes in the fifth grade of primary schools. Data collection was carried out through a research survey at elementary schools in the Vysočina Region and the South Bohemian Region. Third and fourth graders filled out questionnaires that explored their complex ideas and knowledge. Part of the analytical part was also comparison of the differences between individual years, gender, size, location and type of investigated schools and the source of information. The result of the thesis is an educational material "Z kraje do kraje" with a methodical manual focused on critical thinking using the E-U-R method. This can assist elementary school to teachers to facilitate a more active approach for pupils rather than approaching the subject matter through constructive thinking. The conclusion of the diploma thesis talks about the confirmation or refutation of established hypotheses.
Electoral geography of SPD

This thesis deals with the characteristic of electoral geography of the political movement Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD) in the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in the years 2017 and 2021, as well as its putting to the context with spatial distribution patterns of electoral results of ideologically closest political parties, which are the Dawn of Direct Democracy (Úsvit) in 2013 and Tricolour Freedomites Freeholders (TSS) in 2021. The analysis of these patterns is examined at the level of administrative divisions of municipalities, using the method of P. Jehlička and L. Sýkora. Then is used the analysis of determination of these electoral results with the social-economic character of the Czech electorate. Among the most important findings belongs the identification of high electoral support of SPD in the frontier areas, confirmation of common patterns of the 2017 results with the character of the Úsvit support and conversely its non-finding in the 2021 election with the TSS. There was also confirmed positive correlation of electoral support with the rate of unemployment, as well as with the rate of persons without secondary graduation.
Perception of distance learning from the point of view of primary school teachers in times of pandemic and from the point of view of the regional spectrum

This bachelors thesis is focused on exploring and analyzing the topic of online education from the point of view of teachers during the first two waves of COVID-19. Thesis is based on academic literature and analytical studies. The second part of this thesis is based around data acquired by two research companies Paq Research and Kalibro. The data went through secondary analysis and comparative approaches of the analysis. Theoretical section of this thesis aims to explain the specifics of the COVID-19 outbreak and how Czech education system with its teachers managed to transfer from offline to online teaching. Following the previous goals it also generally explains how teachers approached online educational environment. Teachers are important parts of educational politics, how they specifically played their part during these difficult times and how it changed them. These concepts will be enriched by the inequalities on regional scale. Analytical section along with authors own interpretation of results are based on the research questions and it brings new findings. Changing the entire concept of teaching, how teachers prepared for their lessons, what materials they used and many other concept, all these things posed a challenge, but in the end the assumption, that the first wave will be the "more difficult"...
